Network:On is excited to sponsor National Digital Inclusion Alliance’s (NDIA) Net Inclusion 2024! Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with NDIA to convene digital inclusion advocates and practitioners and bring their expertise directly to federal policymakers. In November, NDIA co-hosted the Connect20 Summit, a platform for digital navigators to share their stories from the front lines of digital outreach and explain to policymakers how broadband adoption was key to connecting the last 20 percent of Americans.
At the Connect20 Summit, NDIA Executive Director Angela Siefer hosted a panel discussion featuring digital navigators from across the nation, whose unique stories all had a common thread: the importance of their work.
The NDIA team also led discussions on public-private partnerships and digital skills.
Net Inclusion promises more important conversations on digital adoption. It comes at a crucial time for digital equity essentials like the Affordable Connectivity Program. The program is slated to run out of funding in April, cutting off 1-in-6 American households. Net Inclusion can act as a rallying cry for advocates to join efforts, working together to protect this crucial program. Network:On is proud to sponsor this important event!
